Andrea completed a Physical Therapy degree in 2002 at the University of Toronto following completion of a Kinesiology degree in her home province of British Columbia. With previous experience working in acute care hospitals, occupational health settings, and community care, Andrea has focused her work in Pelvic Health since 2010. She is certified in Pelvic Physiotherapy through the American Physical Therapy Association, and is authorized to practice in this area by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

Andrea provides skilled care for men and women looking to achieve optimal Pelvic Health and function. She is experienced in helping clients to manage a range of conditions, from stress urinary incontinence to more complex conditions including persistent pelvic pain, men’s health issues, and prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation. For some, these physical concerns can be difficult to discuss, and clients appreciate Andrea’s non-judgmental and supportive approach.

Andrea’s primary focus at PHYSELITE is to guide athletes of all levels toward high performance in sport and fitness, leisure and lifestyle activities with confidence in their ability to manage pelvic health concerns. She draws from a broad knowledge base to design evidence-based rehab plans that empower clients to make positive changes – and regain fitness for the activities they enjoy.
